Experience the thrill of Deschutes whitewater with a super fun 3.5 hour raft trip. This trip covers 13-miles and includes multiple class III rapids including Boxcar rapid and class IV Oaks Springs rapid. Half-day trips check-in at our office in Maupin at 9 am and 1:30 pm every day. This trip is a great option for families and groups. Your professional and highly trained river guide will give you the excitement level you’re looking for with this half-day trip. There is a 4 person minimum for day trips. We do combine smaller groups. Your raft may have up to 8 people on it. All of our pricing includes river permit fees and credit card fees, hooray! Choose the half-day, you won’t be disappointed.

The Deschutes Half Day trip is a perfect trip for people who want to raft for the whitewater. This is the same milage as the all-day trip, just no lunch or swim stops.

Check-in starts at our office in Maupin at 9:00a for the AM half-day and 1:30p for the PM half-day. No need to show up earlier.

Our half-day trips are 13 miles long, which takes about about 3 hours on the water, and a half hour to get to and from our raft shop.

While we LOVE dogs in general, we can’t allow them on the raft with you for guided trips. We have occasionally watched a dog in our office while the owner is rafting, call us to see what we got going on that day. No promises, we’re a busy place but we always try to accommodate when we can.

We require kids to be at least 6 years old and weigh 45 lbs so they fit in our lifejackets safely.
